Terms of Service

The agreement for Afnihi's authorized content-removal services.

En vigueur le 2026-10-11

Cette politique est fournie en anglais. Le texte original fait foi.

1. About Afnihi and your agreement

Afnihi provides case assessments and authorized requests for content removal, reporting, search-result removal and agreed monitoring. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with a platform, search engine or public authority. These terms apply to use of the site and to services you order from the operator identified below.

The agreed written quote or package, invoice, these terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy describe your purchase. Where a signed authorization is required, it separately defines what we may do in your name. An invoice or purchase cannot expand that authority. Mandatory consumer rights always apply, and an individual written agreement takes priority only where the law allows it.

Public package listings are invitations to request a service, subject to assessment and written confirmation. Orders are agreed through our official contact and invoice process. The website does not charge you automatically. Signing an authorization alone is not a payment instruction or an agreement to a new fee.

2. Who can order and what you must provide

You must be an adult with capacity to enter the agreement, or act through a person who lawfully represents you. You must own the relevant rights, be affected by the content, or have authority to act for the person or organization concerned.

Provide accurate information, genuine evidence, necessary permissions and clear instructions. Tell us promptly if your rights, authorization or case circumstances change. Keep your account, sign-in codes and private resume links secure; a case or client ID alone is not proof of identity.

We may request verification, decline a case or pause work when authority, accuracy, safety or legality is uncertain. False or misleading claims can expose the person making them to legal liability.

3. Scope of our work

We act within your lawful instructions and, where required, the links, platforms, actions and duration in your signed authorization. Work may include assessing evidence, preparing and sending a notice, reporting through an official channel, following up or appealing where the agreed package includes it. Monitoring covers the agreed sources and period; it does not promise discovery of every copy.

We do not log into your accounts, request passwords or authentication codes, hack systems, buy removals, accept settlements, make payments for you or start court proceedings under the standard authorization. Court representation or other regulated legal work is outside the service unless separately provided by an appropriately qualified professional under a separate agreement.

You may revoke authority in writing through the contact below. Revocation stops future authorized activity once received and reasonably actioned; it cannot undo a notice already sent or a third party's decision. Payment and cancellation consequences are explained in the Refund Policy.

4. Pricing, payment and delivery

Your quote or invoice states the service, quantity, currency, total price, applicable taxes or additional agreed charges and payment instructions before payment. Only pay using those instructions. We do not add a new service or fee without agreement.

The initial case check is free. You are not charged for a filing we determine we cannot make. Paid work normally starts after the agreed payment, necessary authority and required information are received, including a signed authorization where the case requires one. Any legally required consent to start during a cancellation period must be obtained separately.

Services are delivered remotely through the agreed filings, work and case updates; there are no physical goods to ship. An estimate for our work is separate from a platform's response time. We tell you about a material delay we become aware of. A guaranteed removal service must have its target and deadline stated on the quote or invoice before payment.

Recurring monitoring must state its period, scope, price and renewal arrangement in writing. You may request that monitoring stop and future periods not renew. Charges for a current period and any unused service are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Outcomes and service warranty

Platforms, hosts, search engines and other recipients decide whether to act. We cannot control their decision or promise permanent disappearance or prevention of every re-upload. Delisting a search result does not remove the source page.

We do provide a money-back guarantee: if the agreed removal result is not achieved by the deadline on your quote or invoice, we refund the full Afnihi service fee paid for that guaranteed service. Our Service Warranty and Refund Policy explain its scope and other service-quality remedies. Completing a filing does not cancel this guarantee.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Afnihi for fraudulent complaints, forged evidence, suppression of lawful criticism without a valid basis, harassment, impersonation, malware, illegal content distribution, unauthorized access or interference with the service. Submit the minimum lawful evidence needed; contact us for a safe reporting route rather than uploading prohibited material.

We may refuse or restrict unsafe or unlawful use and preserve or disclose information when legally required. Suspension does not automatically forfeit payment for work that was not performed; refunds remain subject to applicable law.

You retain your rights in submitted material. You permit us to use and share it only as needed for the authorized work, operation of your case and lawful recordkeeping. We do not obtain ownership of your content through submission.

7. Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy explains information handling, including information required in notices. Confidentiality is subject to necessary authorized disclosures and legal obligations. Recipients may forward, retain or publish notices under their rules.

Escrow providers listed on the site are independent. A listing is not a guarantee of their licensing, solvency or performance. If you choose one, review its identity, fees, release conditions, dispute process and terms before sending funds. Afnihi does not hold your money as an escrow agent. Provider rules do not remove our obligations for our own service.

8. Responsibility and disputes

Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud. We do not impose a universal liability cap, forced arbitration or a waiver of your right to complain to a regulator or bring a claim in a court available under applicable law.

Contact us with a case or invoice reference and the remedy you seek so we can investigate. The law and courts applicable to your agreement depend on the operator's location, your circumstances and mandatory protections, including any protections available in your country of residence. These terms do not displace them.

9. Changes to terms

The version agreed when you order applies to that purchase unless a lawful change is separately agreed. Updated terms apply to future orders from their effective date. Continued browsing does not by itself authorize new paid work, reduce an existing remedy or expand a signed authorization.
